Students continue to develop their confidence and ability to be independent in the water, this includes being introduced to freestyle arms.

Otter

In this level freestyle breathing is introduced along with backstroke arms.

Stingray

Stringray’s develop freestyle and backstroke technique focusing on correct breathing.

Eel

In this level students refine their freestyle and backstroke technique and are introduced to breaststroke and the deeper water.

Barracuda

Barracudas further refine their technique in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke kick without the assistance of an instructor in the water all the time.

Kingfish

Kingfish increase endurance and polish their strokes in preparation for squad.
