Make up lessons will be given if at least 1.5 hours notice is given prior to the lesson that you are unable to attend. Make up lessons will be your responsibility to arrange with the office and will be subject to availability. Make up lessons must be used within the term.
Please Note: If you cancel a make up lesson you will forfeit that make up lesson

The make-up lesson is on a different day to the normal swim lesson. These are not always beneficial as you will not always have the same instructor. Due to this we recommend you attend your designated lesson wherever possible.

Make-up lessons must be used within the term. Cash refunds or credits on absent & missed classes will not be given.

Attempts should be made to arrange Make-up Lessons for those lessons missed unless extenuating circumstances have occurred.  Credits are calculated from the date the office was notified of the cancellation in writing, providing 24 hours notice was given.  The money credited can then be used for future swim school programs and will remain on file for a 12-month period.
